基于可持续发展理念的区域水资源评价指标体系研究 预览

System research of regional water resources evaluation index based on the concept of sustainable development

摘要 基于可持续发展理论,本文运用德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合构建了辽宁省水资源多维耦合的评价指标体系,评价指标体系分为纵向3层次、横向4大系统的体系结构,共选取20个评价指标。评价指标的选取基本反映了水资源、社会经济、生态环境和水资源协调管理等实际现状和发展需求,评价方法合理可行。 Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper constructs Liaoning water resources evaluation index system by using multi-dimensional coupling calculation combining Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation index system is divided into three levels vertically and four systems horizontally. A total of 20 evaluation indexes are selected. The selection of evaluation index basically reflects the actual situation and development needs of water resources, social economy, ecological environment and coordinated management of water resources, and the evaluation method is reasonable and feasible.
