摘要 AI-ESTATE标准是人工智能技术应用于测试与诊断领域的国际通用标准,对测试环境下的诊断知识以及服务进行了规范化的表述,以实现诊断推理系统间兼容性,诊断知识的可互换性和可移植性。介绍了AI-ESTATE标准及其体系结构、模型构成,深入研究故障树模型构成要素,提出了符合XML Schema的标准化故障树建模方法;利用COM组件技术开发了相应的配置工具,实现了故障树模型自动配置,进而实现诊断知识共享、重用。 The AI-ESTATE standard is an international standard applied in the fields of test and diagnostics. It provides a standardized representation of diagnostic knowledge and services in the test environment to achieve compatibility between diagnostic reasoning systems, as well as the interchangeability and portability of diagnostic knowledge. The AI-ESTATE standard and its architecture are introduced. The components of the fault tree model are studied deeply. The standardized fault tree modeling method based on XML Schema is proposed.COM component technology is used to develop the corresponding configuration tools to realize automatic configuration of fault tree model, so as to realize diagnostic knowledge sharing and reuse.
