Objective To investigate the clinical value of hysteroscopic adhesions combined with intrauterine pregnancy clearance guided by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,20 patients with intrauterine adhesions complicated with intrauterine pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the subjects. All of them underwent hysteroscopic adhesions separation guided by color Doppler ultrasound, and then performed intrauterine pregnancy removal. Results There was statistically significant difference between the HCG value before operation and the HCG value at 1 days after operation(P<0.05).No obvious complications were found during and after the operation, and the curative rate was 100.00%.Vaginal bleeding averaged 3~7 days clean, menstrual rehydration averaged 24~37 days, intraoperative bleeding volume(131.88±25.75)mL,postoperative bleeding volume(15.50±2.60)mL,hospital stay(4.05±1.45)days,bleeding time(4.75±1.44)days.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound guided hysteroscopy for intrauterine adhesion combined with intrauterine pregnancy clearance is effective.
