美国ICC/ASHRAE 700-2015《国家绿色建筑标准》简介及与我国相关标准的对比

Overview of ICC/ASHRAE 700-2015 National green building standard and its comparison with relevant standards in China

摘要 介绍了美国ICC/ASHRAE 700-2015《国家绿色建筑标准》的概况,从场地、资源、能源、水、室内环境、管理6个方面介绍了该标准的主要技术内容,着重介绍了核心章节暖通空调专业的相关条文。通过与我国GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》的对比发现,中美两国标准的绿色理念总体相通,但内在导向和价值观方面存在不同。探讨了我国绿色建筑评价体系存在的问题,从加强绿色建筑基础研究、进行整体性能化评价、重视人的作用、对相关设备材料建立标准4个方面提出了进一步完善我国绿色建筑评价体系的建议。 Presents the general situation of the ICC/ASHRAE 700-2015 National green building standard and its main technical contents from six aspects of site, resources, energy, water, indoor environment and management, and emphasizes the relevant provisions of the core chapter HVAC specialty. Comparing with GB/T50378-2014 Assessment standard for green building in China, finds that the green concept of Chinese and American standards is generally similar, but their internal orientation and values are different. Discusses the problems existing in the assessment system of green buildings in China, and puts forward suggestions for further improving the assessment system of green buildings in China from four aspects: strengthening the basic research of green buildings, conducting overall performance assessment, attaching importance to the role of human beings, and establishing standards for related equipment and materials.
