分散固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测水产品中多兽药残留 预览 被引量:1

Determination of mutiple veterinary drug residues in aquatic products based on the combination of DSPE method and UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 建立分散固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱同时检测水产品中多种类兽药残留的分析方法.样品经分散固相萃取技术净化处理,避免了不同种类兽药检测需重复处理样品的缺陷.应用超高效液相色谱串联质谱实现对样液中多目标物的快速、高灵敏度分析.方法学考察表明,各种兽药在一定的质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.1~1.6μg·kg^-1,均低于现行国家标准.加标回收率为81.6%~96.6%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~9.2%,表明该方法结果可靠.该方法操作简便、结果准确、快速高效、成本经济,适用于水产品中多种类兽药残留的快速分析检测. A new approach was established for the determination of mutiple veterinary drug residues in aquatic products,base on the combination of dispersive solid-phase extraction(DSPE)method and ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)technology.The analytes were extracted and purified by DSPE method at once,avoiding repetitive sample pretreatments.And the UPLC-MS/MS technology provided fast seperation and high sensitivity for mutiple analytes.Results showed that all analytes responding to signal had a fine linear relationship,and their detection limits ranged from 0.1 to 1.6μg·kg^-1,were lower than national standards.The average recoveries were 81.6%to 96.6%and the RSD were 3.6%to 9.2%,indicating reliability of the method.The approach has the advantages of easy operations,accurate results,and economic cost,leading to a rapid determination of mutiple veterinary drug residues in aquatic products.
