基于非稳态导热的高温作业服装设计 预览

摘要 针对高温作业专用服装设计,本文在考虑降低研发成本和提高服装隔热效果的前提下,根据半无限大物体导热理论,建立了非稳态导热物理模型以及多目标优化模型,并以具有三层织物材料的高温作业服装为例,利用二分法、加权热传导法对模型进行求解,得到在环境温度为75℃时的人体温度分布和环境温度为80℃时专用服装材料的最优厚度。最后,以环境温度为75℃时的实测假人皮肤表面温度与模型求解人体皮肤表面温度做相对误差分析。结果表明,模型求出的温度与实测温度拟合效果较好,这也说明基于半无限大物体导热理论的非稳态导热物理模型适用于高温作业服装设计。 In view of the clothing design for high temperature operation,this paper established a physical model of unsteady thermal conduction and a multi-objective optimization model based on the theory of heat conduction of semiinfinite objects,considering the reduction of research and development costs and the improvement of clothing thermal insulation.Taking the high-temperature working clothing with three layers of fabric as an example,the model was solved by dichotomy and weighted heat conduction method,and the human body temperature distribution at the ambient temperature of 75℃ and the optimal thickness of the special clothing material at the ambient temperature of 80℃ were obtained.Finally at 75℃ when the environment temperature was measured skin surface temperature and the dummy model to solve human skin surface temperature analysis of the relative error.The results show that the temperature and the measured temperature model and the fitting effect is good,it also suggests that based on the theory of half infinite object of thermal conductivity of unsteady heat conduction model suitable for hot work clothing design.
