Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on postoperative rehabilitation and immune function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Methods 72 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy from July 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine perioperative management. The observation group was treated with perioperative management of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. The recovery and immune function of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the first exhaust time, eating time, hospitalization time and pain degree of the patients in the observation group were significantly different (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative immune indexes of CD8+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups (P > 0.05). At the 3rd day after operation, the immune indexes of the two groups decreased, but the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery for laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can promote postoperative rehabilitation, protect the body's immune function.
