水滑石基阻燃聚丙烯材料性能研究 预览

摘要 研究以水滑石粉为主、氢氧化铝、滑石粉为辅的高效环保型复配阻燃剂的配方配比;并将此阻燃粉料负载于乙烯-丙烯无规共聚物基础树脂中制成阻燃母粒添加于聚丙烯材料中。分析阻燃聚丙烯材料加工性能和力学性能。结果表明:水滑石粉和氢氧化铝配比为2.3∶1(质量比)发挥了最好阻燃协同效应,添加量为20%(质量分数)的聚丙烯可达到UL94V-0阻燃等级;扫描电镜照片(SEM)显示母料的分散性好。流变曲线表明具有良好的塑化性能;同时与纯聚丙烯材料相比,在制品可达到UL94V-0阻燃等级的情况下,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和悬臂梁冲击强度均有所提高,材料的刚性和韧性达到最优。 In this paper,a highly efficient and environmentally friendly composite flame retardant was first formulated with hydrotalcite powder as the main ingredient,aluminium hydroxide and talcum powder as the auxiliary ingredient.Then,this flame retardant powder was loaded in the random copolymer resin of ethylene–propylene to prepare the flame retardant masterbatch added to the polypropylene material.As a result,the processing and mechanical properties were analyzed of the flame retardant polypropylene prepared as above mentioned.The results show that the best synergistic effect of flame retardant will be achieved when the ratio of hydrotalcite powder to aluminium hydroxide is 2.3:1(mass ratio).The flame retardant grade of polypropylene with 20%(mass fraction)can reach UL94 V-0.Also,the masterbatch has a good dispersivity shown by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),while the material’s good plasticizing properties are demonstrated from rheological curves.At the same time,compared with pure polypropylene,the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of cantilever beam are improved when the product reaches UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade,and the rigidity and toughness of the material are both optimized.
