引信MEMS延期解除保险机构 预览

摘要 针对传统引信延期解除保险机构结构尺寸大、保险距离短和延时时间散布大等问题,设计了根据弹道实时信息实现延期解除保险的MEMS指令锁延期保险机构.该机构由电推销器,金属簧片式柔性锁臂和活动腔组成,通过弹道实时信息控制电推销器发火,将柔性锁臂推入活动腔,实现延期解除保险的功能.分析了中大口径榴弹引信结构特征和发射内外弹道环境,模拟了电推销器的推力作用过程,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对所设计结构进行仿真分析,对基于UV-LIGA工艺制作的原理样机进行了离心环境试验和电推销器配合试验.仿真和试验结果表明,该机构用于引信MEMS安全保险系统,可保证引信安全状态和可靠解除安全保险状态,且能够根据电路控制电推销器发火实现延期解除保险功能,可保证炮口安全距离和实现在弹道轨迹的不同点解除保险的功能. Aiming at the problems of large structure size,short insurance distance and large delay time distribution of traditional fuze delayed arming mechanism,a MEMS command lock delayed arming mechanism based on real-time trajectory information was designed to realize delayed arming.The mechanism consisted of an electric accelerator,a metal reed flexible locking arm and a movable chamber.Through the real-time information control of the trajectory,the electric actuator fires,and the flexible locking arm was pushed into the moving cavity to realize the function of postponed arming.The structure features of the medium and large caliber grenade fuze and the internal and external ballistic environment were analyzed.The thrust action process of the electric extracting device was simulated,and the designed structure was simulated and analyzed by the ABAQUS finite element simulation software,centrifugal environment test and electric actuator coordination test of the prototype based on UV-LIGA process were carried out.Simulation and experiment results showed that the mechanism was used in the safety insurance system of fuze MEMS,which could guarantee the safe state of fuze and secure the state of safety insurance,and could realize the delay relief function according to the circuit control of the electric extracting device.It could guarantee the safety distance of the muzzle and realize the function of relieving the insurance at different points of trajectory.
