基于LabVIEW的液压支架护帮板收放监测系统设计 预览

摘要 针对现有护帮板收放不到位的问题,设计了护帮板收放监测系统总体方案;对监测系统的硬件进行了选型;利用LabVIEW开发平台对系统软件进行了设计,实现了数据采集、处理、存储与查询、故障报警等功能;完成了上位PC机与可编程控制器之间的通信,并对可编程控制器与支架控制器之间的通讯程序进行了设计,以提高监测系统的自动化水平。 Aiming at the problem that the existing guard board is not in place, the overall scheme of monitoring system for receiving and releasing the guard board is designed in this paper, and the hardware of the monitoring system is selected.The system software is designed by using the LabVIEW development platform, and functions of data acquisition, data processing, data storage and query, fault alarm and so on are realized.The communication between the host computer and the programmable controller is completed, and the communication program between the programmable controller and the support controller is designed to improve the automation level of the monitoring system.
