Objective To analyze of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 60 cases of patients with severe pneumonia admitted to department of severe medicine of the Hospital from January to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission, the control group and the observation group were divided into 30 cases, respectively, using routine nursing and evidence-based nursing intervention. Results The total enteral nutrition support time, mechanical ventilation time, stay time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total incidence of feeding intolerance and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia can reduce complications risk and improve satisfaction rate of nursing.
