基于西门子HLA模块的驱动控制系统研究 预览

摘要 提出了一种基于HLA模块的驱动控制系统,此方法可应用于直线液压轴驱动和模拟轴驱动。HLA模块将数控系统数字量信号通过数模转换,以模拟量信号驱动轴,解决了以太网与模拟驱动间信号的传输,并将编码器或光栅尺反馈的运动位移通过此模块传至系统,建立闭环控制系统,实现定位控制功能。通过实验验证了此驱动控制系统,采用西门子数控系统、HLA模块、三菱伺服驱动和电动机搭建闭环系统,拓扑建立通讯。经过实验调试,实现了运动控制及定位功能,表明了基于HLA模块的驱动控制系统的可行性,并可应用于传统机床的改造及优化。 This paper presents the driving control system based on HLA module, this method can be applied to drive linear hydraulic axis and simulating shafts.The HLA module converts digital signal of numerical control system to analog signal and drives axis by analog signal which solves the transmission of signal between Ethernet and analog driver.At the same time, the motion displacement of encoder or grating feedback is transmitted to the system through this module, and a closed loop control system is established to realize the positioning control function.In this paper, the drive control system is verified by experiment, and the closed loop system of SIEMENS CNC system, HLA module, MITSUBISHI servo drive and motor is built, and the communication is set up in topology.Through experimental debugging, the function of motion control and positioning are realized.It shows the feasibility of the drive control system based on HLA module, and can be applied to the transformation and optimization of the traditional machine tool.
