基于ADAMS的轨道板运输车平顺性分析 预览

摘要 轨道板运输车是一种应用于隧道内无砟轨道建设的新型设备,为确定车辆运行时驾驶员的舒适性感受和合理的行驶速度,提出一种基于ADAMS软件的轨道板运输车平顺性分析方法。该方法建立了车辆行驶加速度、频率与人体舒适性感受的关系,首先在ADAMS中建立仿真模型,然后计算输出水平方向和垂直方向的加速度曲线,通过Fourier转换得到功率谱密度曲线,最后利用MATLAB软件求解各方向的加速度均值和总加速度均值。分析结果表明,轨道板运输车在水泥路面行驶时,最大加速度为0.6082m/s2,驾驶员感受为“舒适性较好”且不会引起人体共振;在粗糙水泥路面行驶时,最大驾驶度为0.7172m/s2,驾驶员感受为“舒适性一般”,容易造成人体疲劳,建议降低速度。 Rail plate carrying vehicle is a new type of equipment applied to the construction of ballastless track in tunnel. In order to determine the comfort feeling and reasonable driving speed of the operator, a ride analysis method based on ADAMS software is proposed. The method to establish the vehicle acceleration, frequency and the relationship between human body comfort feeling, the simulation model is firstly established in the ADAMS, and then calculate the output of horizontal and vertical acceleration curve, the power spectral density curve is obtained by Fourier transform, finally using MATLAB software to solve the acceleration in the direction of the mean and the mean total acceleration.The analysis results show that the maximum acceleration of the rail plate carrying vehicle is 0.6082 m/s2 when driving on the cement road, and the driver will feel “better comfort” and will not cause human body resonance. When driving on rough cement pavement, the maximum driving degree is 0.7172 m/s2, and the driver feels “general comfort”, which is easy to cause human fatigue, so it is suggested to reduce the speed.
