There are some problems in the teaching of Chinese language and literature in higher vocational schools. The main manifestations are that the curriculum is not reasonable,the teaching methods are backward,the practical teaching is not valued,and the teaching evaluation is relatively simple. In order to improve these deficiencies,Jiujiang Vocational University pays attention to adopting innovative strategies: optimizing curriculum,combining office secret modules,cultural media modules,and scientific research modules;improving teaching methods,combining task-driven,problem-directed;Combine on-campus practice with off-campus practice;optimize teaching evaluation and combine self-evaluation,classmate evaluation,and teacher evaluation. The practical application shows that through innovative teaching methods,students can not only have a solid professional foundation,but also improve their knowledge application skills. At the same time,they can also help to improve the employment rate of students and enhance their adaptability to jobs.
