“双一流”“热”背后的“冷”思考 预览

摘要 “双一流”建设作为继“211工程”“985工程”之后的又一国家高等教育发展战略,承载着我国建设高等教育强国的伟大历史使命,具有重要的时代价值。然而,在“双一流”建设过程中也面临着诸如身份固化、恶性竞争、资源集中利用、不公平加剧、同质化、教学与科研矛盾异化等一系列问题。为此,需要坚持以需求为导向、以合作共赢为理念、以评价为手段、以卓越为原则、以自信为动力的高等教育发展思路,打造具有中国特色、世界水平的一流高校。 As another development strategy of the national higher education after the "211" and"985" project,the "Double First-class" construction bears the great historical mission of building a powerful country of higher education and has important value of times.However,there are also a series of problems in the process of "Double First-Class" construction,such as identity solidification,vicious competition,centralized utilization of resources,aggravation of unfairness in higher education,homogenization,alienated contradictions between teaching and scientific research.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the demand-oriented idea and the concept of win-win cooperation,as well as to use evaluation as the means,excellence as the principle,and self-confidence as the driving force to build world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.
