Objective:To analyze the clinical value of DR, CR and CT in the diagnosis of atypical femoral neck fracture.Methods:50 patients with atypical femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to June 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission. 25 patients were selected from each group. The control group underwent digital radiography(DR, CR) examination, and the experimental group underwent MSCT examination. The diagnostic coincidence rate and scanning diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate and scanning diagnostic accuracy rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:MSCT examination for atypical femoral neck fracture patients can significantly improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and scanning diagnostic accuracy, and then provide favorable treatment basis for clinical treatment, with high clinical reference value.
