盾构穿越竖井施工带压换刀技术研究 预览

摘要 盾构施工过程中刀具不适应掘进地层时,通常需要进行刀具更换。以武汉轨道交通8号线赵—黄区间隧道穿越竖井工程为例,对换刀过程中地面加固、刀具检查、开仓换刀等技术进行研究,确保盾构穿越施工过程中带压换刀的安全。 When the cutting-tool was not adapted to excavating strata in shield construction course, usually necessary to replace the cutting-tool, taking the Zhao-Huang section tunnel through shaft engineering of Wuhan rail transit line 8 as an example, researched the ground reinforcement, cutting-tool inspection, replacing cutting-tool open a position and other technology during the replacing cutting-tool process, in order to ensure the safety of replacing cutting-tool with pressure in shield through construction process.
