全长锚固玻璃钢锚杆应力分布规律及影响因素研究

摘要 为揭示全长锚固玻璃钢锚杆界面应力传递规律,进行玻璃钢锚杆全锚模型试验,获得锚杆拉拔试验轴力和剪应力分布规律;采用PFC颗粒流数值模拟软件对锚杆应力分布规律进行细观研究,得到锚杆所受荷载、锚固剂弹性模量和锚杆弹性模量对锚杆应力分布影响规律。结果表明:在弹性黏结阶段,锚杆拉拔端口到锚固末端剪应力大小呈先增后减的趋势,剪应力最大值距离拉拔端较近,锚杆轴力却逐渐减小;拉拔荷载越大,剪应力、轴力均越大;锚固剂弹性模量越大,锚杆剪应力越集中,轴力变化程度越大;锚杆弹性模量越大,剪应力最大值越小,轴力越大,轴力分布相对集中。 In order to reveal the interfacial stress transfer law of full-length anchored GFRP bolt,the full-anchor model test of FRP bolt is carried out to obtain the distribution law of axial force and shear stress in the pull-out test of FRP bolt.Particle flow numerical simulation software(PFC)is used to study the stress distribution of anchor rod.Through the experiment,the influences of load on blot,the elastic modulus of anchorage agent and bolt on the stress distribution of anchor rod is revealed.The results have shown that the shear stress increases at first and then decreases from the pull-out end to the end of the anchor in the elastic bonding stage.The maximum shear stress is closer to the pull-out end and the axial force of bolt decreases gradually.The greater the pull-out load is,the greater the shear stress and axial force will be;the greater the elastic modulus of anchorage agent is,the more concentrated the shear stress is and the greater the change of axial force will be.The larger the elastic modulus of anchor is,the smaller the maximum shear stress is and the greater the axial force will be and the distribution of axial force is relatively concentrated.
