in recent years, the development of science and technology is more and more rapid, especially the development and application of composite materials. Firstly, graphene was used as reinforcement to prepare the stone collar-based composite materials for sports equipment, and the experiments of microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties and wear resistance were carried out. The results show that the composite material consists of Mg phase and graphene phase. Compared with commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy, the tensile strength of graphene magnesium-based composite material increases from 103 MPa to 526 MPa at -20℃, from 261 MPa to 537 MPa at 20℃, from 84 MPa to 516 MPa at 300℃, and the wear volume decreased by 88% at 20℃,and the wear volume decreases by 89% at 150℃,and the wear volume decreases by 90% at 350℃.
