体育器材用石墨烯镁基复合材料的制备与性能分析 预览

摘要 近年来,科技发展的越来越快,特别是复合材料的研发与应用。首先以石墨烯为增强体开展了体育器材用石盟领基复合材科的制备,并采取了显微组织、物相组成、力学性能和耐磨性能的实验。结果表明:这种复合材料由Mg相和石墨烯相构成,与商用AZ31镁合金相比,石墨烯镁基复会材料的-20℃的抗拉强度从103MPa提升到526MPa,20℃的抗拉强度从261MPa提升到537MPa,300℃的抗拉强度从84MPa提升到516MPa,20℃磨损体积降低88%,150℃磨损体积降低89%,350℃磨损体积减低90%。 in recent years, the development of science and technology is more and more rapid, especially the development and application of composite materials. Firstly, graphene was used as reinforcement to prepare the stone collar-based composite materials for sports equipment, and the experiments of microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties and wear resistance were carried out. The results show that the composite material consists of Mg phase and graphene phase. Compared with commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy, the tensile strength of graphene magnesium-based composite material increases from 103 MPa to 526 MPa at -20℃, from 261 MPa to 537 MPa at 20℃, from 84 MPa to 516 MPa at 300℃, and the wear volume decreased by 88% at 20℃,and the wear volume decreases by 89% at 150℃,and the wear volume decreases by 90% at 350℃.
