摘要 随着城市发展水平的提高,城市中新旧建筑的整体质量水平出现了一定的差别。新建建筑项目在施工阶段,更多的应用了新式技术工艺和施工材料,并通过使用绿色节能的建筑材料,将建筑的整体质量和功能性提高到了新的档次。而城市当中的旧建筑却存在着能源损耗大的实际问题。为确保我国城市建设得到更好的发展空间,并确保建筑企业能在激烈的竞争环境中获得竞争力。通过节能改造工程,全面优化建筑的节能性则显得至关重要。对现阶段我国建筑施工节能损耗工作开展的不足进行分析,并对如何强化节能改造施工水平带来了相对的策略。希望能为有关从业工作者带来一定的参考价值。 With the improvement of urban development level,the overall quality level of new and old buildings in the city has a certain difference. During the construction phase of the new construction project,more new technology and construction materials were applied,and the overall quality and functionality of the building were upgraded to a new level by using green and energy-saving building materials. The old buildings in the city have practical problems of energy loss. In order to ensure a better development space for China's urban construction,and to ensure that construction companies can compete in a fiercely competitive environment.It is crucial to fully optimize the energy efficiency of buildings through energy-saving renovation projects. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the energy-saving and loss-loss work of building construction in China at present,and brings a relative strategy on how to strengthen the construction level of energy-saving renovation. I hope to bring certain reference value to the relevant workers.
