电除雾器冲洗水循环利用技术改造 预览

摘要 介绍了480kt/a制酸系统净化工序电除雾器冲洗水循环利用的技术改造。针对冶炼烟气含尘量波动大、系统污酸污水限排、电除雾器冲洗困难等问题,技术人员采用悬浮过滤器、板框压滤机对冲洗后的污液进行滤压除杂。除杂后的冲洗水回用于净化工序。目前硫酸系统电除雾器指标控制稳定,二次电压控制在45~55kV,二级电除雾器出口烟气酸雾(ρ)≤4mg/m3。 Technical transformation of flushing water recycling in wet electrostatic precipitator of clearing section in 480 kt/a acid plant is introduced. According to large fluctuation of dust amount in off-gas,restricted emission of sour acid and sewage,difficulty of flushing in wet electrostatic precipitator,technical staffs filtered and removed impurities by suspension filters,plate and frame filters. Flushing water after removing impurities returned to cleaning section. At present,index of wet electrostatic precipitator showed operation stability,secondary voltage is controlled between 45-55 kV,and mist concentration in flue gas at outlet of two-stage wet electrostatic precipitator is less than 4 mg/m3.
