摘要本文从临床实际出发,对蜜蜂针刺的治疗作用特点等方面进行了探讨,并在介绍蜂针的操作手法经验基础上,从直刺法入手,对蜂针操作时是否需要拔刺、留蜂针刺的利与弊等关键问题进行分析,以期为蜂针疗法的临床应用提供有价值的参考依据。 To explore functional characteristics of bee-sting therapy by combining clinical practice.Starting with the perpendicular insertion method of bee-sting therapy on the basis of introducing the experience of bee-sting manipulation,key problems such as whether the bee sting needs to be pulled out or not during the manipulation,and advantages and disadvantages of retaining the bee sting were analyzed,so as to provide valuable reference for the clinical application of bee-sting therapy.
