Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a devastating disease without effective drugs available for its treatment. Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) often combines with miRNA to form competitive endogenous RNA to regulate pulmonary hypertension, but so far, there is no reliable evidence on diagnosis and treatment of lncRNA for pulmonary hypertension, and the next research should continue to focus on the impact of lncRNA on the occurrence and development of pulmonary hypertension.
