噬菌体在饲料中的应用及研究进展 预览

摘要 细菌耐药性是目前全球最紧迫的公共卫生问题之一,主要原因是抗生素的滥用特别是在畜牧养殖和水产养殖的滥用。随着饲用抗生素的限制使用亟待寻求一种新的抗菌制剂以替代抗生素。噬菌体能特异性裂解细菌,且无毒无害、安全高效。可开发为一种生态友好的抗菌药。本文对噬菌体治疗畜禽细菌性疾病的相关研究进行总结,以及噬菌体作为饲料添加剂在畜牧养殖和水产养殖的应用效果和相关专利进行综述,并对噬菌体作为饲料添加剂的应用前景进行展望。以期为噬菌体及其制剂在保障动物性食品安全和养殖业抗生素替代品的研究提供一定的参考。 Bacterial drug resistance is currently one of the most urgent public health problems in the world,mainly due to the abuse of antibiotics,especially in livestock breeding and aquaculture.With the restrictions on the use of antibiotics,it is urgent to find a new antimicrobial agent to replace antibiotics.Phages can specifically lyse bacteria,and non-toxic harmless,safe and efficient.Can be developed as an eco-friendly antibacterial.This article summarizes the related research on bacteriophages in the treatment of livestock and poultry bacterial diseases and reviews the application effects and related patents of phage as feed additives in livestock husbandry and aquaculture and prospects the future application of bacteriophage as feed additive.In order to provide some reference for the research of bacteriophage and its preparation in ensuring the safety of animal food and the antibiotic substitute in aquaculture.
