急性髓细胞白血病患者血清中Galectin-3和SDF-1的表达及临床意义 预览

Expression of Galectin-3 and SDF-1 in Serum of Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的观察急性髓细胞白血病(acutemyelocytic leukemia,AML)患者血清中半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)及基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)的表达水平及二者的相关性,旨在初诊时通过寻找敏感的生物学指标来预测白血病细胞浸润的发生,判断预后,预测复发。方法酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA法)检测46例AML患者初诊组、32例首次完全缓解组、14例未完全缓解组及30例对照组血清中Galectin-3和SDF-1的浓度。结果1.AML初诊组、未完全缓解组及复发组Galectin-3和SDF-1高于完全缓解组和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.完全缓解组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3.初诊组、未完全缓解组、复发组之间两两比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);4.AML患者血清Galectin-3和SDF-1的表达水平在一定程度上呈正相关关系(r=0.728,P<0.05)。结论Galectin-3和SDF-1与白血病发病具有一定关联,且与疾病严重程度有关,可以作为急性髓细胞白血病判断治疗效果、检测微小残留病灶、预测复发的指标。 Objective To observe the expression levels of galectin-3 and stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) in serum of patients with acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) and their correlation.At the time of initial diagnosis,predict the occurrence of leukemia cell infiltration by finding sensitive biological indicators, determine the prognosis, and predict recurrence.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentrations of Galectin-3 and SDF-1 in the serum of 46 patients with AML,32 patients with first complete remission,14 patients with incomplete remission,and 30 controls.Results 1.Galectin-3 and SDF-1 in the AML initial diagnosis group, incomplete remission group and relapse group were higher than the complete remission group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).2.The difference between the complete remission group and the control group There was no statistical significance (P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the newly diagnosed group,the incomplete remission group and the recurrent group (P> 0.05). 4.The serum Galectin-3 and SDF- in patients with AML The expression level of 1 was positively correlated to some extent (r=0.728,P < 0.05).Conclusion Galectin-3 and SDF-1 are associated with the pathogenesis of leukemia and are related to the severity of the disease.They can be used as indicators for judging the therapeutic effect of acute myeloid leukemia,detecting minimal residual lesions,and predicting recurrence.
