上跨铁路钢混组合梁立交桥的改造设计 预览

摘要 为了顺利拆除省道S104郑常线上跨京广铁路立交桥危桥,确保京广铁路的安全畅通,通过对旧桥下部结构进行有限元模拟分析,对桥梁下部结构在拆除过程中的各部位承载能力进行了检算,确定了桥梁拆除过程中的最不利工况,找到了桥梁拆除过程中的不安全结构部位,提出了保障拆除安全的补救措施,确定了使用架桥机通过逆安装法拆除既有铁路线桥梁梁板的施工方法,为桥梁的安全拆除提供了可靠的技术保障和支持。 In order to smoothly dismantle the dangerous overpass of the provincial highway S104 across Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and ensure the operation of the railway, the bearing capacity of each part of supporting structure of the bridge under the demolition process was checked through the simulation of finite element analysis. The most unfavorable working conditions in the process of bridge demolition were determined;the unsafe structural parts during the demolition process were found, and the remedies were put forward. The construction method of using the bridge machine to remove beam and slab by the reverse installation method was determined, providing reliable technical support for the bridge removal.
