复杂地层中的泥浆护壁带压换刀技术探讨 预览

摘要 对于不同地质,盾构刀盘刀具的切削原理和配置形式不同,为了提高掘进速度,往往需要根据刀盘的适用性,不断更换刀具。而对于湖底下穿隧道工程,水土压力高,水系发育,往往导致掌子面稳定性较差,刀盘密封失效,气压保压困难等现象发生。为了解决该问题,依托南京地铁三号线新庄站—鸡鸣寺站隧道长距离下穿玄武湖工程,针对盾构全断面穿越岩层、半土半岩地层和砂土过程中泥浆护壁带压换刀技术施工工艺进行了系统分析。研究表明,换刀过程中泥浆护壁法能阻断地下水的影响,SAN-SON保压系统能够有效保证换刀过程气压稳定。 For different geology,the cutting principle and configuration of shield cutters are different,in order to improve the tunneling speed,it is often necessary to change the cutters according to the applicability of cutters. For the tunnel under the lake,the high water and soil pressure and the development of the water system often lead to the poor stability of the face,the failure of the cutter head seal,and the difficulty of maintaining pressure by air pressure. In order to solve this problem,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the construction process of shield tunneling through rock strata,half-soil-half-rock strata and sand soil by relying on the long distance tunnel undercrossing Xuanwu lake project between Xinzhuang station and Jimingsi station of Nanjing metro line 3.The results show that the mud wall protection method can block the influence of groundwater and the SANSON pressure retaining system can effectively ensure the pressure stability during the replacement of shield cutter head.
