摘要 介绍了氨水碳捕集技术的优点、分类、技术基本原理及氨水碳捕集工艺的尾气脱氨技术,考察了氨水碳捕集技术工艺中氨水质量分数、吸收反应温度及烟气中其他成分的影响,分析了尾气氨处理方法中存在的问题。提出了未来氨水碳捕集技术的研发热点:应掌握不同操作条件下气液相平衡的特征与规律,并进一步建立计算模型为整套矿化工艺的设计提供可靠的物料与能量平衡数据,同时研究吸收溶液中的离子成分和离子平衡,最大限度减少吸收剂的用量,开发出更优化的氨水碳捕集工艺路线。 The advantages, classification, basic principle of ammonia carbon capture technology and tail gas deamination technology of ammonia carbon capture process are introduced. The influence of ammonia water mass fraction, absorption reaction temperature and other components in flue gas on ammonia carbon capture process is investigated, and the problems in tail gas ammonia treatment are analyzed. It is pointed out that the research and development hotspots of ammonia water carbon capture technology in the future should grasp the characteristics and rules of vapor-liquid equilibrium under different operating conditions, and further establish a calculation model to provide reliable material and energy balance data for the design of the whole mineralization process. At the same time, the ion composition and ion balance in the absorption solution should be studied to minimize the amount of absorbent and develop more optimized ammonia water carbon capture process route.
