四种乳腺癌细胞增殖及迁移能力测定 预览

摘要 目的测定腔面A型、腔面B型、HER-2阳性型和三阴性型四种乳腺癌细胞的增殖及迁移能力。方法通过组织样本进行原代细胞分离及培养获得四种乳腺癌细胞,并测定细胞活力及迁移能力。结果CCK8试验结果显示三阴性型人乳腺癌细胞的增殖效果最好;划痕实验试验结果显示除腔面B型细胞迁移失败外,HER-2型乳腺癌细胞的迁移速率最快,腔面A型次之,三阴性型最慢。结论4种乳腺癌细胞能力检测表明三阴性乳腺癌细胞迁移速率最慢;HER-2阳性迁移速率最快。
