基于治风理念的穿壁钻孔抽采措施探讨 预览

摘要 针对红石岩煤矿12409工作面漏风量较大且难以治理的现状,通过对12409工作面采空区漏风来源进行分析,提出了基于治风理念的穿壁钻孔瓦斯抽采措施。通过将抽采钻口处布置在上隅角附近的方式,形成一个具有局部负压特性的漏风汇,从而减少向上隅角流动的风流流量,以达到治理效果。并以理论分析和实践数据相互验证的方式证明了穿壁钻孔抽采措施在此类型漏风量较大的煤矿的可行性以及治风理念的正确性。 Aiming at the current situation that the wind leakage rate of No.12409 working face in Hongshiyan Coal Mine is large and difficult to control,through the analysis of the source of air leakage of No.12409 working face,the gas extraction measures based on the concept of wind control were proposed.By arranging the gas extraction drillings near the upper corner,an air leakage sump with local negative pressure characteristics was formed,thereby reducing the air flow to the upper corner,so as to achieve the control effect.By means of the mutual validation of theoretical analysis and practical data,the feasibility of gas extraction measures by through-wall drilling in the working face with large air leakage and the correctness of the concept of wind control were proved.
