中药辅助肠内营养干预对胃癌术后患者营养状况的影响 预览

Effect of TCM-Assisted Enteral Nutrition Intervention on Nutritional Status of Postoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer

摘要 目的:观察和探讨中药辅助肠内营养干预对胃癌术后患者营养状况的影响。方法:选取2015年7月—2018年8月在我院治疗的胃癌术后患者150例随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组在术后对症治疗基础上行常规肠内营养干预,观察组在对照组肠内营养干预基础上辅助中药治疗,观察和比较营养干预后两组患者的营养状况。结果:肠内营养干预后观察组总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)检测指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组体重比较无差异(P>0.05),但观察组三角肌皮皱厚度和上臂围指标检测值明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组营养干预期间恶心、呕吐、腹痛腹胀和腹泻等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=6.57,P<0.01)。结论:中药辅助肠内营养干预能明显改善胃癌术后患者的营养状况和减少肠道不良反应的发生。 Objective To observe and explore the effect of TCM-assisted enteral nutrition intervention on nutritional status of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Method We selected 150 cases of postoperative patients with gastric cancer in July 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided them into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each group.The control group received conventional enteral nutrition intervention on the basis of symptomatic treatment after surgery.The observation group was assisted with Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of enteral nutrition intervention in the control group.The nutritional status of patients was observed and compared in two groups after nutritional intervention.Result After enteral nutrition intervention,total protein(TP)and prealbumin(PA),albumin(propagated)detection index was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the weights had no differences between the two groups(P>0.05),but the deltoid muscle peel thickness and arm circumference index values in the observation group were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension and diarrhea in the observation group during nutrition intervention were obviously lower than that of control group(χ^2=6.57,P<0.01).Conclusion The enteral nutrition intervention with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients after gastric cancer surgery and reduce the occurrence of intestinal adverse reactions.
