“双高”背景下高职专业群建设的内涵逻辑与实践取向--以浙江金融职业学院为例

The Connotation Logic and Practice of the Major Cluster Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of “Double-High Plan” --Taking Zhejiang Finance College as an example

摘要 专业群是技术技能人才培养的基础单元,是高职院校管理服务的基本载体,实现高水平高职专业群建设成为破解高职教育"质量"和"结构"两大问题、完成"双高"建设计划的关键。本文以剖析高职专业群基本内涵,厘清其理论逻辑、组群逻辑、行动逻辑为基础,提出从产教融合、课程设置、双师队伍、1+X等四方面开展实践,提升高职专业群建设水平。 Major cluster is the basic unit of technical talent training and the basic carrier of management services in higher vocational colleges. The major cluster construction in higher vocational colleges is the key to solving the problems in the "quality" and "structure" of higher vocational education and to achieving the goal of the "Double-High Plan". Based on the analysis of the basic connotation of major cluster in higher vocational colleges, this paper intends to clarify its theoretical logic,cluster logic and action logic.Four suggestions are also put forward, including industry-education integration, curriculum setting, double-division team and 1+X.
