两种不同润滑油加氢工艺流程对比

摘要 本文介绍的第一种润滑油加氢流程是:加氢处理→高压汽提→异构脱蜡→补充精制→分馏部分,第二种润滑油加氢流程是:加氢处理→低压汽提→异构脱蜡→补充精制→分馏部分;分别从工艺流程、主要设备配置、装置能耗及生产操作难度四个方面进行对比,结果表明:第一种工艺主要设备数量少、装置能耗较低;第二种工艺流程相对独立,操作灵活,且Ni-Mo系加氢催化剂对循环氢中的H 2S含量适用范围较大、生产操作难度较小。 The first lube oil hydrotreating process introduced in this paper is:hydrotreating→high pressure stripping→isomeric dewaxing→supplementary refining→fractionation.The second lube oil hydrotreating process is:hydrotreating→low pressure stripping→isomeric dewaxing→supplementary refining→fractionation.Comparisons were made from four aspects:process flow,configuration of main equipment,energy consumption of plant and difficulty of production operation.The results showed that:The first process has fewer main equipment and lower energy consumption;The second process is relatively independent and flexible,and Ni-Mo hydrogenation catalyst has a wide range of application for H 2S content in recycled hydrogen and less difficulty in production and operation.
