油气田用套管质量抽检方案设计

摘要 通过对套管失效案例的分析,明确了导致套管失效的主要原因是套管质量问题。结合标准与产品技术要求,提出了套管抽检项目、检测方法与结果处理方法。同时,结合现场抽检的实际情况,选取了统计抽样的方法,建立了一套适用于油气田的套管质量抽检方案,用于控制套管质量,避免再次发生因产品质量问题而导致的生产事故。 Through the analysis of casing failure cases,it was clear that the main cause of casing failure was casing quality problems.Inspection items,inspection methods and result treatment scheme were given in combination with standards and product technical requirements.Meanwhile,based on the actual situation of field sampling,a statistical sampling method was chosen to set up aquality sampling and inspection program for casing in oil and gas filed.This program could be applied to controlling the quality of casing and preventing the recurrence of production accidents caused by product quality problems.
