给煤机自动控制系统设计

Design of Automatic Control System for Coal Feeder

摘要 针对选煤厂给煤机控制实时性差、故障率高等问题,提出基于PLC控制技术的给煤机自动控制系统。在分析给煤机自动控制系统组成的基础上,对系统硬件进行选型,重点分析该自动控制系统的软件设计,包括给煤机控制系统流程、工作流程以及互锁设计。所设计的方案应用于某选煤厂的自动定量装车系统,结果表明,皮带运输维护人员减少为原来的30%,胶带的使用效率提高了20%,使用寿命延长,具有较好的经济效益,并达到预期设计目标。 Aiming at the problems of poor real-time control and high failure rate of coal feeder in coal preparation plant, an automatic control system of coal feeder based on PLC control technology was proposed. Based on the analysis of the composition of the coal feeder automatic control system, the hardware of the system was selected, and the software design of the automatic control system was emphatically analyzed, including the coal feeder control system flow, work flow and interlock design. The design scheme was applied to the automatic quantitative loading system of a coal preparation plant. The result shows that the belt transportation and maintenance personnel are reduced by 30%, the service efficiency of the belt is increased by 20%, the service life is prolonged, and the design goal is achieved.
