我国社会化电子商务研究的结构特征与热点透视

摘要 社会化电子商务已发展为电子商务的重要分支和延伸,业态蓬勃发展,获得学术界的广泛关注。以CNKI收录的期刊论文为样本,从发表时间、作者、期刊等维度解读结构特征,以共词分析和知识图谱为依据,透视研究热点。研究表明,研究论文总体呈上升态势,2017年以来实现了快速增长;作者合作网络离散程度较高,以师生、同事关系为主;商业和管理类期刊起到了核心话语的主导性传播作用,知识传播较快,而高影响力期刊涉及较少;研究热点主要分为四大主题:社会化电商平台与营销、社会化电商环境下消费者购买意愿的影响因素、社会化电商的商业模式。在总结现状的基础上,提出未来研究建议。 Social E-commerce has developed into an important branch of E-commerce,and its vigorous development of business has attracted wide attention of academia.Taking the journal papers collected by CNKI as samples,this paper tries to reveal the structural features of the present research of the field in the dimensions of publication time,author and journal,and examine the research hot topics based on the co-word analysis and knowledge mapping.It is found that research papers are on the rise in general and have achieved rapid growth since 2017;authors'cooperation network has a high degree of dispersion,with teacher-student cooperation,colleagues cooperation as the main part;journals on business and management play a leading role in the dissemination of core discourse;the relevant knowledge is disseminated fast,while high impact journals are less involved;hot topics can be divided into four major themes:social E-commerce platform and marketing,the influencing factors of consumers'purchase intention in the social E-commerce environment,business model of social E-commerce.Finally some suggestions for future research are offered based on the current situation.
