挤压机前梁结构轻量化设计

摘要 本文以横移模座的挤压机前梁作为研究对象,利用有限元数值模拟方法进行结构拓扑优化,获得前梁结构的拓扑形式,以此获得合理的空心腹板式结构。通过有限元模拟分析验证,在能保证结构强度和刚度满足使用工况的前提下,前梁重量相比实心结构大幅下降,优化分析结果显示优化后挤压机前梁结构重量大幅下降30.46%,最大应力值增加1.91%,最大变形量增加10.90%,未超出铝挤压机的许可挠度,满足使用工况。该结构可通过钢板焊接或铸造加工手段获得,可有效节约金属材料,降低生产成本,为挤压机前梁轻量化设计提供了有效依据。 This paper aims at front beam of extrusion press with a transverse moving die base.The topology optimization form of front beam structure is obtained by the finite element numerical simulation method, and a reasonable hollow web structure is obtained. Verified through numerical simulation analysis, under the premise of ensuring the structural strength and rigidity to meet the working conditions, the weight of the front beam with hollow web is greatly reduced compared to the solid structure. Optimization analysis shows that the optimized weight of the front beam reduced 30.46%, while the maximum stress increased 1.91%, the maximum deformation raised 10.90%,neither of them exceeded the permitted deflection. The front beam can be obtained by steel plate welding or casting processing method, which can effectively save the metal material,reduces the production cost and provides valid basis for the lightweight design of the front beam of the extrusion press.
