矿用电机车变频调速系统的设计与研究

摘要 针对以往的矿用电机车多采用直流电动机驱动,运行可靠性低、结构复杂且维修成本高等缺点,设计了一种主要硬件为DSP组成的变频调速系统。该系统改善了低频时的控制,可对电机车进行无极调速,实现了电机车的零速起动和均匀调速。经实测结果表明,系统转矩动态响应快、调速平稳,实现了在一定范围内稳定的输出电压。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the previous mining electric locomotives,which are driven by DC motors,with low operating reliability, complicated structure and easy damage, a variable frequency speed control system composed of DSP is designed. The system improves the control at low frequency,and can steplessly adjust the speed of the electric locomotive to achieve zero-speed starting and uniform speed regulation of the electric locomotive. The measured results show that the system torque dynamic response is fast and the speed regulation is stable,which achieves a stable output voltage within a certain range.
