电热采暖炉的性能要求标准解读与行业研究

摘要 煤改电政策助力电热采暖炉行业飞速发展,安全标准的发布保障了市场产品安全,但是电热采暖炉市场鱼龙混杂,伪劣产品以低价占有市场,给了不良厂家从中牟利的机会,严重破坏了整个市场的生态,这不利于行业的健康持续发展。团体标准T/CAS 389-2019《电热采暖炉的性能要求》是电热采暖炉产品性能的第一份标准,填补了该领域的性能评测空白,更好地解决电热采暖炉行业性能痛点问题,更提供了一种满足现场测量要求、操作简便、精度适宜且价格合理的技术标准。同时,为我国相关标准及政策的制定、企业产品的设计优化及用户享受优质售后服务提供基础标准依据。 The coal to electricity policy has helped the rapid development of electric heating furnace industry,and the release of safety standards has guaranteed the safety of market products.However,the market of electric heating furnace is mixed with fish and dragons,and fake and inferior products occupy the market at a low price with unscrupulous manufacturers making illegal profits from it.It seriously damages the whole market ecology,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.Association standard,T/CAS 389-2019,Performance requirements of electric heating furnace,is the first standard for the product performance of electric heating furnace,which fills the gap of performance evaluation in this field,and better solves the performance problems of electric heating furnace industry.Meeting the requirements of field measurement,the technical standard is easy to operate,and has appropriate accuracy and reasonable price.At the same time,it provides the basic standard basis for the formulation of relevant standards and policies,the design optimization of enterprise products and the users’enjoyment of high-quality after-sales service.
