利用“中国数字人解剖系统”自有微课进行课堂小结的初探——以系统解剖学神经系统实验课为例 认领

摘要 目的利用“中国数字人解剖系统”自有微课对系统解剖学实验课的课程进行小结,以期提升学生的学习成绩。方法选取遵义医科大学2018级本科临床医学4个实验班、全科医学2个实验班、口腔医学2个实验班共234人为研究对象,随机分为实验组(117人)和对照组(117人),实验组采用“中国数字人解剖系统”自有微课进行系统解剖学神经系统部分实验小结,对照组采用传统方法进行教学。学期末采用实验考试、理论考试与在线问卷调查的形式评价实验组和对照组的教学效果。结果实验组学生的实验考试和理论考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),对实验组学生进行在线问卷调查显示,学生普遍接受和认可这种课程小结形式。结论利用“中国数字人解剖系统”自有微课进行系统解剖学神经系统部分的实验课程小结,有利于提高学生学习系统解剖学的兴趣和成绩。 Objective To adopt micro-class from"China digital anatomy system"to make cla-ss summary in systematic anatomy experiment course in order to improve students'academic per-formance.Methods 234 undergraduate students from 4 experimental classes of clinical medicine,2 classes of general medicine as well as 2 experimental classes of stomatology enrolled in 2018 in Zunyi Medical University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the ex-perimental group(117students)and the control group(117 students).Micro-class from"China digital anatomy system"was used in the experimental group to make class summary of nervous system experiment class in systematic anatomy course,while traditional teaching method was ado-pted in the teaching of the control group.At the end of the semester,teaching effects of both groups were evaluated by experimental exam,theoretical exam as well as online questionnaire survey.Results Scores of the experimental and theoretical exams of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The online questionnaire survey of students in the experimental group showed that student generally accepted and recognized this fo-rm of class summary.Conclusion Using micro-class from"China digital anatomy system"to ma-ke class summary of nervous system experiment class in systematic anatomy course is beneficial to improve students'interest and performance in learning systematic anatomy course.
