放射科教学阅片的实践与思考

摘要 教学阅片是指在带教医师的组织下,以学生为主,采取师生互动形式,以真实的影像病例为教学内容,以培养影像诊断能力和思维能力为目标的教学活动。教学阅片是培养放射科人才的重要手段,规范有效的教学阅片是放射科人才培养质量的重要保证。目前教学阅片还没有统一的规范和标准,实施过程中存在较多问题,文章就放射科教学阅片如何具体的组织安排、如何规范有序的实施、如何分层分级教学、如何保证教学阅片的质量、如何提高学员的参与度和积极性等问题提出相应的解决措施,以提高放射科的教学阅片质量,完成培养合格放射科人才的目标。 Teaching film-reading refers to the real case-based teaching activities under the organization of teaching physicians.The purpose of teaching film-reading is to cultivate students'imaging diagnosis ability.Teaching film-reading is an important means of cultivating talents in radiology.Standardized and effective teaching film-reading is an important guarantee for the quality of radiologist training.At present,there are no unified norms and standards for teaching film-readings,there are many problems and deficiencies in the implementation process of film-readings.This article discusses how to organize and conduct the teaching radiology readings specifically,how to carry out hierarchical teaching effectively,how to ensure the quality of teaching film-readings,and how to improve the participation and enthusiasm of students.The propose of this article is to improve teaching quality and cultivate qualified radiologist.
