三角形铰接式隧道衬砌台车设计理念及应用

摘要 为有效解决原有二次衬砌台车加工质量偏重、移动行走扭曲、浇筑过程倾斜的施工难题,邀请国内钢结构设计专家和生产厂家联合研究攻关。利用3D模拟技术,计算各部位节点受力状态,采用铰接插销结构和同频共振液压系统,改变原有台车主梁门式刚性支撑为三角形铰接柔性支撑,并合理配置面板结构,扩大空间利用。实践证明,新型衬砌台车操作简单、受力均衡、状态平稳,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,更为重要的是新型衬砌台车符合国家“节能减排”的环保政策及“绿色设计”的发展趋势。 In order to effectively solve the construction problems of the original secondary lining trolley,such as heavy-processing quality,distorted moving,and inclined pouring process,the domestic steel structure design experts and manufacturers are invited to jointly study and tackle key problems,including using 3D simulation technology to calculate the stress state of nodes in each part,adopting the articulated bolt structure and the same frequency resonance hydraulic system to change the original gantry girder portal rigid support to the triangular hinged flexible support,and reasonably configuring the panel structure to expand the space utilization.Practice has proved that the new lining trolley is simple in operation,baljanced in stress and stable in state,and has good economic and social benefits.More importantly,the new lining trolley conforms to the national environmental protection policy of“energy conservation and emission reduction”and the development trend of“green design”.
