土壤有机质检测方法的改进及过程优化 预览

摘要 土壤有机质是土壤的重要组成部分,快速准确地测定其含量具有重要的意义。本文对土壤有机质测定方法进行了优化:在国标重铬酸钾容量法的基础上,用石墨消解仪替代传统油浴;消解温度195℃,消解时间5 min。通过优化称样量,合理配置检测人员,在规定时间内,按照技术规范要求完成此次大批量生产任务。该方法大大地提高了工作效率,降低了实验成本。 Soil organic matter(SOM) is an important component of soil. It is of great significance to determine its content quickly and accurately. Based on the national standard potassium dichromate volumetric method, the traditional oil bath was replaced by graphite digestion instrument, and the digestion temperature was195 ℃ and the digestion time was 5 min. By optimizing the weighing of samples and rationally allocating testing personnel, the mass production task can be completed in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications within the specified time. This method greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the experimental cost.
