两种微生态活菌制品对小鼠抑郁症模型的影响 预览

摘要 目的:研究双歧杆菌三联活菌、酪酸梭菌二联活菌两种微生态活菌制品的抗抑郁作用及可能机制。方法:雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即空白组、模型组、双歧杆菌三联活菌组、酪酸梭菌二联活菌组和氟西汀阳性对照组,每组8只。采用30 d慢性重复悬尾应激方法制备小鼠抑郁症模型,观察抑郁小鼠的悬尾不动时间,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测小鼠海马5-羟色胺(5-HT)和血清皮质醇(CORT)浓度。结果:双歧杆菌三联活菌组和酪酸梭菌二联活菌组小鼠悬尾不动时间均显著缩短(P<0.05)。酪酸梭菌二联活菌组小鼠海马5-HT含量升高。5组小鼠血清CORT浓度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌、酪酸梭菌二联活菌均具有一定的抗抑郁作用,提高中枢5-HT含量是酪酸梭菌二联活菌可能的抗抑郁机制。 Objective:To study the anti-depression effect and mechanism of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium in mice.Methods:Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank control group,model group,Bifidobacterium group,Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium group and fluoxetine positive control group,with 8 mice in each group.Mice model of depression was established by chronic repeated tail suspension method lasting for 30 days.The immobility time of tail suspension and the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in hippocampal tissue and the content of cortistatin(CORT)in serum were measured.Results:The two microecologics significantly decreased the mice immobility time of tail suspension.Live Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium could significantly increase the level of 5-HT in hippocampal tissue,however,there was no significant difference among the 5 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Live Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium had the anti-depression effect,and the potential mechanism might be related to the elevation of central 5-HT content.
