基于某特大城市输电网的机巡缺陷大数据分析 预览

Big data analysis of helicopter and drone patrol defect based on transmission network of a mega-city

摘要 2017-2018年,为提高高压输电线路运维质量和运维效率,某特大城市开始常态化开展有人直升机精细化巡视作业、直升机快速激光扫描通道作业、多旋翼无人机精细化巡视作业和多旋翼无人机激光扫描测距作业,共发现各类缺陷隐患5 500余处。文章对该批机巡缺陷大数据分别从缺陷等级、缺陷发生部位、缺陷产生阶段、缺陷在地面是否易于发现等多个维度进行了细分统计和状况分析,提出了高压输电线路在日常运维、新建线路验收、人机协调、线路负责人考核机制和缺陷管理等方面提高输电线路运维质量的方法与对策。 From 2017 to 2018,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance of highvoltage transmission lines,a mega-city begin to normalize the fine patrol operation of manned helicopters,fast laser scanning channel operation of helicopters,multi-rotor fine patrol operation of drone and multi-rotor laser scanning ranging operation of drone,more than 5500 various types of hidden defects are found.In this paper,the big data of patrol defects are analyzed in detail from several dimensions,such as defect level,defect occurrence location,defect generation stage and whether the defect is difficult to find on the ground.Methods and countermeasures for improving the quality of operation and maintenance of high voltage transmission lines in daily operation and maintenance,acceptance of newly built lines,man-machine coordination,assessment mechanism of line managers and defect management are put forward.
