主楼筏基CFG桩复合地基带地下室时地基承载力计算方法

摘要 结合工程实例,对主楼筏基CFG桩复合地基带地下室(裙房)时,在主楼地基承载力(复合地基承载力、桩端土承载力和下卧层承载力)计算过程中,如何将纯地下室(裙房)在自重标准值作用下的筏基基底反力pk’折算成主楼地基承载力深度修正的折算基础埋深de,如何考虑水浮力的影响,如何考虑纯地下室(裙房)筏基锚杆对主楼地基承载力的影响,主楼筏基部分边与纯地下室(裙房)筏基相连时土的自重压力值及主楼地基承载力深度修正的起算标高如何确定等问题进行分析总结,对从事设计和研究的人员有一定参考价值。 Combining engineering examples,the problems for CFG pile composite foundation of main building raft foundation with basement were analyzed and summarized,such as,how to convert the raft foundation reaction pk’ of pure basement( podium) under the action of self-weight standard value into the deeply corrected foundation depth de,how to consider the effect of water buoyancy and the influence of pure basement( podium) raft foundation on the bearing capacity of main building,and how to determine the self-weight pressure value of the soil when some edges of raft foundation of the main building is connected with the raft foundation of pure basement( the podium) and the initial elevation of the ground bearing capacity of main building during the calculation of bearing capacity( bearing capacity of composite foundation,pile end soil and underlying layer) for the foundation of main building,which has certain reference value for people engaged in design and research.
