高精度船舶自动操舵双闭环驱动控制系统 预览

摘要 现有舰船上采用的操舵控制系统主要针对单闭环驱动,在双闭环驱动船舶上,经常出现转速驱动反馈动力反馈不足的问题。极大地影响船舶整体控制性。为此,提出高精度船舶自动操舵双闭环驱动控制系统。通过创建高精度操舵建模分析单元,对船舶双闭合驱动的多项数据进行综合采集与模型数据分析,完成硬件创建工作。在硬件平台基础上,添加双闭环频域控制算法,对双闭环驱动反馈数据的频域量进行调整计算,完成软件算法引入计算。实验证明,提出的高精度船舶自动操舵双闭环驱动控制系统,具有动力数据处理响应速度快、稳定好、鲁棒性强等特点,充分证明了设计的可应用性。 The rudder control system used on existing ships is mainly aimed at single closed-loop drive.In double closed-loop drive ships,the problem of insufficient feedback dynamic feedback of speed drive often arises.It greatly affects the overall control of ships.Therefore,a high precision double closed-loop driving control system for automatic steering of ships is proposed.By creating a high-precision steering modeling and analysis unit,a comprehensive collection and model data analysis of multi-data of ship double closed drive is carried out,and the hardware creation is completed.On the basis of hardware platform,double closed-loop frequency domain control algorithm is added to adjust and calculate the frequency domain quantity of double closed-loop driving feedback data,and the software algorithm is introduced into the calculation.The experiment proves that the double closed-loop driving control system of high precision ship automatic steering has the characteristics of fast response,good stability and strong robustness in dynamic data processing,which fully proves the applicability of the design.
