Rural infrastructure is the forerunner capital of industrial prosperity, a necessary condition for ecological livability, and an important guarantee for the prosperity of life. With the government’s increasing investment in rural infrastructure, the study of the fairness of rural infrastructure investment has become the focus of scholars. Based on the theoretical analysis of the fairness of rural infrastructure investment, this paper explores the status quo and problems of rural infrastructure investment, and uses the Theil index and the concentration index to measure the fairness of China’s rural infrastructure investment. The research results show that China’s rural infrastructure investment is relatively unfair, mainly caused by regional inequality. The social development infrastructure investment has the highest degree of fairness,the production infrastructure is relatively fair, the living infrastructure is relatively unfair, the ecological environment infrastructure investment has the highest degree of unfairness, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the fairness of China ’ s rural infrastructure investment.
