考虑橡胶衬套特性的乘用车副车架台架试验虚拟仿真

Virtual simulation of passenger car’s sub-frame in the bench test based on the characteristics of rubber bushing

摘要 乘用车副车架产品的疲劳耐久性试验存在成本高、周期长等问题,建立符合副车架橡胶衬套连接和试验工况的虚拟测试模型能提高产品开发效率。首先,在非线性软件ABAQUS中对橡胶衬套动静态特性进行建模分析,由企业提供的衬套静特性数据确认了静态仿真模型的准确性。然后在ADAMS中基于副车架、摆臂的柔性体模型和衬套的动态特性曲线,建立副车架虚拟试验模型。数据表明,在台架试验过程中采集的测点动应力与虚拟测试模型中对应节点的动应力幅值和变化趋势都较吻合,建立的虚拟测试模型符合实际工况。这为乘用车副车架结构失效和耐久性能预测奠定了模型基础。 Currently,the fatigue-endurance test of passenger car’s sub-frame has the problems of high cost and long period.It is necessary to establish a virtual test model,which is compatible with the connection of rubber bushing and the test-based working conditions.First,the non-linear software ABAQUS is used to model and analyze the dynamic and static characteristics of rubber bushing.For the static characteristics,the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by the data provided by the enterprises.Then,based on the flexible model of the sub-frame and the control arm as well as the curve of the rubber bushing’s dynamic characteristic,the virtual test model is set up in ADAMS.The data show that the dynamic stress of the measuring nodes collected in the bench test is consistent with the dynamic stress amplitude and variation trend of the corresponding nodes in the virtual test model.The virtual test model is suitable for the actual working conditions.This provides basis for the model of structural failure and durability prediction of the passenger car’s sub-frame.
