Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumonia in children of different ages. Methods 100 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.50 children aged from January to 3 years and over were selected as the study subjects.The clinical manifestations, laboratory findings,imaging findings and treatment outcome were compared and analyzed.Results The main clinical symptoms were cough and wheezing in children aged from 1 to 3 years old.Some children had respiratory insufficiency and fever was not serious.Laboratory examination showed that the proportion of lymphocytes was relatively high,and interstitial lesions and lobular parenchymal infiltration were the main imaging features. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia at different ages are different, and it is thought that there may be a close relationship between the different pathogenesis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
